We can advise on the UK tax implications of any given course of action under consideration showing how to lawfully minimize the exposure to:

Our starting point is to analyse the full facts of the situation. This may seem obvious but all too often we see instances where tax planning has not been fully thought through.

Having gained a firm grasp of the situation we are being asked to advise on, we then consider the clients objectives. In particular, we need to fully understand the commercial and/or family reasons for pursuing the particular course under consideration. Only at this point do we then consider the options open to our client and the choices to be made. We are then in a position to deliberate and to make specific recommendations.

After considering our recommendations, further meetings (or telephone conferences) may well be necessary as we progress to the implementation stage. We may well take a back seat at this point, leaving other professionals to implement our advice, or we may continue to advise - depending upon what is required.
