Property Tax Issues: Missed opportunities?

The extent to which part of the purchase price of a commercial building ca be attributed to 'Plant and Equipment' thereby entitling the new owner to capital allowance at 25% of possible higher, it is all too often not appreciated by accountants and solicitors nor sufficiently well understood by property investors.
